The Old Market

A NOSTALGIC SPACE

Originally built as a Pannier market back in the 1828, the Old Market is a nostalgic space which can be hired for al fresco private dining, wedding reception and music events.

With cobbled pathways, and many parts of the old building remaining the same, the Market is a truly unique venue for your event, right in the heart of Dartmouth. There is a covered area available in case of inclement weather and toilet facilities. It is possible to arrange reserved parking here, please ask for details.

All of our spaces in the Guildhall are licensed for Civil Marriage and Civil Partnership ceremonies.
